The Parlour 1958 adalah sistem pemesanan mandiri berbasis QR untuk kafe tanpa kasir: pelanggan memindai QR meja, memesan menu dengan modifier, lalu membayar via QRIS Midtrans dan pesanan otomatis diteruskan ke layar dapur secara real-time. Staf mengelola seluruh operasional, menu, meja dan QR, pesanan, pengaturan, hingga akun melalui panel admin bawaan dengan tampilan vintage khas coffee house Surabaya.
